Post Commander Winkler with his hand on Guest of Honor Roland Thomas, joined by Cheyenne Mayor and Guest Speaker Rick Kaysen. It is believed that Roland is the last survivor of the Pearl Harbor attack who is still living in Laramie County.   Bugler Madison.
