Annual Membership in the VFW runs for 12 months and expires on the last day of the month that the membership was accepted.

Currently annual membership dues for our Post are $47.50; of that the National Portion is $21.50, the Department of Wyoming portion is $19.00, $1.00 District 5, and the Post retains $6.00.

there are various links where you can renew your membership, learn about many resources, etc.

  • For a 12 month membership the best time to join is Now. Less than $50.
  • The fee for VFW Lifetime membership is age based (see link) as of Sept 2025 the fee drops $15 - $45 for every decade you age (at age 31, 41, 51, 61). If you are with in a couple months of your 31, 41, 51, or 61 birthday you can save a few bucks by waiting until your birthday.

  • We invite you to hang out with us: come to our events. See for yourself in you fit in with us. Keep in mind that each VFW Post has different members who drive the post to focus on things that they find important.
  • Additionally, many times we do have sponsors to cover fees for the first year of your VFW membership.
