He was born Aug. 30, 1940. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1958 to 1974. After leaving the service, he enjoyed working as a mechanic welder. When he was not working, he loved to fish and to draw.

He is survived by his wife, Lynette Branch of Cheyenne; sons Joe Branch and Dean Branch of Arizona and Andy Branch of Cheyenne; five grandchildren; and two daughters-in-law. 

He was preceded in death by his grandson Ezekiel Branch-Rodriguez.

A service will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at the V.A. Chapel.

Services are under the direction of Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel.
