Elmer W. Keslar, 95, of Cheyenne died Feb. 2,
2013 at Kindred Transitional Care in Cheyenne. Mr. Keslar was born
October 17, 1917 in Hillsdale, WY the son of Elias and Miriam (Bundy)
Keslar. Elmer was a Pearl Harbor survivor and served in the U.S Army
Air Corp during World War II On October 19, 1951 he married Ruth Irene
Maberry in Cheyenne. Elmer worked as a computer programmer for the State
of Wyoming. He is survived by his wife Ruth of Cheyenne, 3 sons Mathew
Keslar of Rock Springs, WY, and Marvin Keslar and Terry Keslar both of
Cheyenne, 1 daughter Avis Mosher of Cheyenne. Also surviving are 9
grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by
his parents and 3 brothers Melvin Keslar, Wayne Keslar and John Keslar.
Services will be held at 10 am on Friday at Schrader Chapel with Dr. G.
Emery Hurd officiating. Interment will be at Memorial Gardens with
military honors.
