Neurolumen is designed to help Veterans manage acute, chronic, and neuropathic pain, and it’s available at no cost to veterans through the VA (brochure attached).
The device incorporates Low-level cold Lasers, LEDs, and electrical stimulation to help increase circulation and decrease inflammation. Veterans can try the device firsthand and learn who to see at the VA on how to get one.

Phil enlisted in the Army in 1965 where he served for years in Vietnam. He became a graphic designer and has worked for the state of Oregon for 26 years. He retired in 2003 and started the Cartoon "In-Country". The cartoons reflect his experiences during his tour of duty in South Vietnam.
