VFW Post 11453 Hosts an America’s 250th Anniversary Celebration with a Labor Day Picnic
Veterans of Foreign Wars Frontier Post 11453 invites the community to initiate America’s semiquincentennial celebration at a Labor Day Picnic on Monday, September 1, 2025, from 11 AM to 2 PM at North Cheyenne Community Park. Event highlights include family-friendly games, the post beef raffle drawing, and public readings of the Declaration of Independence and the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution. All community members are welcome to attend; we’re also encouraging eligible military veterans to consider joining Post 11453. We look forward to honoring our nation’s past and shaping its future together. Seating is limited so consider bringing a lawn chair.
