Robert Jones | 1937-2018

Robert T. Jones, 81, of Cheyenne passed away Oct. 23 in Cheyenne.

He was born June 10, 1937, in Port Arthur, Texas.

Robert served in the U.S. Air Force, retiring after 21 years, and worked for the VA for 27 years.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Marion Y.C. Jones of Cheyenne; four sons, David (Beverly) Jones, Robert (Becky) Jones, Michael (Jennifer) Jones and Wayne (Jewel) Jones; four sisters; 14 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Marion and Cleora Jones; sister, Nora; grandson, Robert; brother, David; and daughter-in-law, Audrey.

Cremation has taken place at Cheyenne Memorial Gardens.

Services will be conducted at a later date.
