Gaylord "Sarge” Carrington Fosdick, 88, of Cheyenne passed away Aug. 1 at Davis Hospice
Center in Cheyenne.
He was born Aug. 10, 1930, in Fargo, N.D. Gaylord served for 21 years in the U.S. Air Force and
retired as a master sergeant. He also owned Roller City for more than 30 years.
Gaylord is survived by his children, Sandi (Jan) Bordner, Greg (Mardy) Fosdick, Francie Fosdick
and Paula Marsh; a brother, Mick Fosdick; 10 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Gaylord was preceded in death by his wife, Emma Jane Fosdick; his parents, Carrington and
Zelma Fosdick; daughter, Candi Crawford; and his sisters, Virginia, Dorothy and Mert.
The family will hold a time of remembrance at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.

Gaylord (Sarge) Carrington Fosdick, 88 of Cheyenne, passed away on August 1, 2019 at Davis Hospice in Cheyenne, WY. He was born on August 10, 1930 in Fargo, ND. Gaylord served for 21 years in the United States Air Force and retired as a Master Sergeant. He also owned "Roller City” for more than 30 years.
Gaylord is survived by his children: Sandi (Jan) Bordner, Greg (Mardy) Fosdick, Francie Fosdick, and Paula Marsh; a brother Mick Fosdick; 10 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
